Roasted Oyster Mushrooms with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:


  • 250g oyster mushrooms, trimmed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Spread the oyster mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.

  4. Roast for 15–20 minutes, turning once, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly caramelised.

  5. Serve as a side dish or toss with salad greens for a simple yet flavorful meal.
