A dual extract is a method used to extract the beneficial compounds from both the water-soluble and alcohol-soluble parts of the mushroom.  This method is used to make the most of the mushroom’s compounds, which can vary in their solubility.

Directions For Use:

The suggested serve is a full dropper (or 1ml).  Extracts have a strong taste so to mask the flavour, you can add to your favourite fruit juice, smoothie, tea or coffee.
