1. Shipping Options:

• Free Local Delivery (within the Macedon Ranges) is available for large or bulk orders, please get in touch to discuss your needs.

• Australia-Wide Shipping: We offer shipping across Australia for all non-perishable products such as dehydrated mushrooms and extracts.

• Fresh Mushrooms: To ensure maximum freshness, fresh mushrooms are only available for local delivery and select locations with a minimum order quantity.

2. Delivery Times:

• Local Deliveries: Delivered within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

• Australia-Wide Shipping: Dispatch occurs within 2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Orders placed after [time, e.g., 12 PM AEST] on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product type.

• Free shipping on orders over $250 for dehydrated mushrooms and extracts.

• Grow Kits will be subject to a flat rate shipping fee.

 

4. Returns and Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or spoiled products, please get in touch with us at info@sourcefungi.com.au  within 24 hours of delivery.
